Do we have to stop using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
No. tasked is not a replacement for your field service software. It handles one decision, who goes on the job, and leaves the rest of your setup alone.
What does it cost?
tasked is a monthly plan based on how many techs you run. Websites are a one time build with an optional monthly care plan. We give you a real number after a 15 minute call, because guessing helps nobody.
Can we try tasked before we commit?
Yes. Early customers get a free two week pilot on real jobs. If it doesn't help your dispatcher, you walk away.
How long does a website take?
Most sites launch in two to four weeks, depending on how many pages and locations you have and how quickly we get photos and details.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You know your business. We handle the software and explain it in plain terms.
Who will I actually work with?
The people who build it. Kairo is a small team, so you talk directly to the person doing the work, not an account manager.
